Perform pre-validations and engage with Customer engagement and Sales teams to understand the requirements and to address major anomalies that would impact quality.\nProduce good quality output within specified turnaround times to facilitate better credit decision-making by clients. Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers.\nValidate batch fulfilment system setup and output- data extraction, cleansing & validation based on requirements from the customer.\n\nReview and process work requests using internally developed tools to ensure all requirements are met.\nEnsure that good quality input data is processed to achieve a high match rate.\nDemonstrate good understanding of the business, domain and products.\nIdentify where to improve efficiency and / or quality of processes.\nAdhere to documented processes and contribute to documentation reviews.\nEnsure queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.\nAdherence to KPI metrics/ goals\nWhat you will bring?\nEssential\n0-2 years of Experience in Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or other equivalent field with a track record\nof academic excellence.\n\nA passion for service excellence.\nStrong attention to detail.\nEffective interpersonal and communication style with the ability to interact at multiple levels within and outside the organization.\nAbility to work independently and also effectively within a team environment.\nAbility to plan and organise workload with guidance.\nAbility to problem solve efficiently and effectively.\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nGood time management skills\nHigh level of familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.\nWillingness to work in US timings.
