Additionally, the BDE will have a key focus on managing existing strategic relationships with incident response partners and existing TU customers for support of TU’s incident response solutions.\n\nThis is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities\nResponsible for developing and managing new strategic relationships with incident response partners and existing TU customers for support of TU solutions to drive incremental revenue.\nFocus on the development new preferred vendor relationships with strategic law firms and panelist relationships with cyber insurers. \nProactively research and remain astute of industry changes; drive education and consultation of the customer and other members of sales staff.\nAssess competitive landscape from a solution and financial perspective to assist with the continual assessment of TU’s product suite and offering. Identify opportunities for product development and creatively build on data to drive product or service enhancements.\nLead and coordinate resources for client-facing business reviews.\nCollaborate with Business Development Executives, Market Planners and Product Consultants to drive adoption of new product opportunities to help solve Customer challenges.\nFacilitate potential RFP’s and/or contract renewals as required.\nWork with the Client Success Management Team to ensure successful implementation of solutions and projects, and ROI achieved as expected by the Customer.\nMaintenance of sales and operations assets to assist with client engagements.\nLead on issue resolution including providing documentation of issues and root causes for future issue avoidance.\nCoordinates the sales process by securing internal resources, scheduling team conference calls, delegating assignments, coordinating responses and ensure customer’s expectations are met or exceeded.\nBuild and leverage relationships with other corporate departments, including accounting, operations and other sales groups to meet the needs of the customer.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nBachelor's Degree.\n5 years of incident response experience with an established industry network. \n4 years of business development and relationship management experience or 5 years of experience in related industries and/or functional areas.\nMust have demonstrated proficiency in new business development and relationship management; subject matter expert of incident response strategies and solution applications; experience with strategic account planning and development.\nIn-depth experience in coordinating reactive response strategies with incident response partners (breach coaches, cyber insurers, PR firms, etc.).\nUnderstanding of regulatory/legislative environment to support incident response strategies.\nA high performer with an engaging, adaptable and goal-oriented personality.\nAbility to effectively support and execute a GTM strategy to gain market share and increase market penetration.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, ability to connect and engage with customers with a high degree of comfort & confidence.\nSuperior organizational skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects.\nThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.
