This position reports to the Manager II, HRBP LATAM and collaborates with business leaders and specialist HR teams to support the Dominican Republic operation.\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities\nPartner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into practical people strategies that support business performance and growth.\nAdvise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent optimization, change management, and employee-related business decisions.\nUse people data and workforce insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend actions that improve organizational effectiveness.\nSupport talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, career development, and retention planning for critical talent.\nCoach leaders and employees on performance management, goal setting, feedback, employee development, and workplace matters.\nLead or support employee-relations investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement plans, promoting fair and consistent outcomes.\nCoordinate organizational-change initiatives and develop communication and adoption approaches that support employees through transformation.\nEnsure HR practices comply with Dominican Republic labor legislation, company policies, and applicable governance and risk-management requirements.\nChampion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee-engagement initiatives that foster a respectful, welcoming, and high-performing culture.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\nAt least five years of progressive Human Resources experience, including three or more years in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or comparable strategic HR role.\nExperience advising leaders and supporting employees in matrixed, multinational, or fast-paced business environments.\nStrong working knowledge of Dominican Republic labor legislation and its application to employee relations, performance management, and organizational practices.\nKnowledge of talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and change management.\nRequired Technical Skills\nAbility to interpret and apply HR policies, local labor requirements, and employee-relations procedures to workplace situations.\nAbility to analyze people and workforce data and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations.\nAdvanced professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.\nProficiency with HR information, reporting, and productivity tools required to manage employee data, prepare insights, and support HR processes. \nWe’re also looking for the preferred skills below.
