This role contributes to the teams’ effectiveness by supporting case tracking, system configuration, billing, stakeholder coordination, and accurate information management. This role reports to the Sales Manager, Sales Management.\n\nThis is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities\nManage case tracking activities, the case-management system, and associated billing processes.\nMaintain accurate and timely case notes, records, and supporting information in the appropriate database.\nEnsure resolved and confirmed incident records are closed before billing activities begin.\nCoordinate with billing and sales support teams to help ensure billing is completed accurately and efficiently.\nSupport case stakeholders with problem-solving activities during cyber incidents.\nPartner with the Incident Coordination team to help resolve partner and client challenges.\nTrack documentation and facilitate data transfers between the company and clients.\nProvide professional and courteous service to internal teams, partners, clients, and other stakeholders, as applicable.\nProvide primary and ancillary administrative support to the Incident Response delivery team.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nOne to three years of experience in an administrative position or a comparable support role.\nRelevant education or certifications may be considered in place of professional experience.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks progressing at different speeds while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English across different levels of an organization.\nStrong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a results-driven, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.\nRequired Technical Skills\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.\nProficiency with Salesforce.\nProficiency with Smartsheet\nTransUnion Overview:\nAt TransUnion, we encourage and are committed to creating a real, positive impact and shared sense of purpose within our Workforce for Good, which empowers our people to grow, innovate and contribute to a better future for our communities and customers.
