Our inclusive culture, focus on recognition, and commitment to work-life balance ensure you can grow your career while thriving personally\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.\nRole Overview And Core Responsibilities\nInfrastructure & Operations:\nParticipate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.\nSupport, monitor, and enhance the live infrastructure and platform solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.\nHelp plan and execute the integration of our current infrastructure into TransUnion's group-wide cloud platform while minimising disruptions.\nParticipate in the migration of infrastructure from Legacy to Hybrid cloud\nDevOps & Security:\nMaintain robust CI/CD pipelines, collaborating closely with development teams to streamline deployment processes.\nMaintain and enhance our security posture, ensuring compliance with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., SOC-2, ISO 27001).\nDiagnose and resolve infrastructure outages and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.\nDocumentation & Best Practices:\nEnsure comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, systems, and processes to support onboarding, troubleshooting, and scalability.\nPromote and implement DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices across the organization.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\n· At least 3+ years of Development Ops experience on Hybrid cloud experience, operating high availability systems on AWS\n· Knowledge of SRE best practices, i.e. developing tools that enhance the system performance, reliability and developer experience\n· 2+ years of hands on experience with Container Orchestration, performance tuning, Docker and Kubernetes in cloud production environment\n· Cloud and automation engineering experience in a mission-critical environment\n· Strong skills and experience through the CI/CD stack that deploys to infrastructure elements such as Kubernetes\n· Troubleshooting using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc in complex cloud based environments.\n· Experience with: IaC (ie.
