This role executes release and patching activities, supports CI/CD pipelines and dev lab environments, and provides front-line DevOps support to development teams.\nRelease Management\nFollow and promote established Git workflow standards, branching strategies, and repository governance practices\nReview pull requests and validate compliance with defined quality, security, and release requirements\nAssist in coordinating release activities and validating release readiness across deployment environments\nSupport change management processes by preparing documentation and obtaining required approvals\nDevOps Quality\nMonitor and support CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and development lab environments\nExecute patching and release activities\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve dev lab incidents, escalating as appropriate\nParticipate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and execution\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of operational efficiencies\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for environments, processes, and operational procedures\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\n3+ years of experience in DevOps, Quality Engineering, Release Engineering, or a related field\nExperience with Git-based workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code review practices\nExperience working with CI/CD platforms\nExperience with security scanning tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, or Corgea is an advantage\nBasic understanding of change management processes and exposure to enterprise patch management and software release processes\nFamiliarity with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm\nScripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell\nWorking knowledge of Linux operating systems and server fundamentals, and a foundational understanding of Oracle Database concepts\nDetail-oriented team player who communicates clearly with technical and business stakeholders and works effectively with global teams\nTransUnion Overview:\nAt TransUnion, we encourage and are committed to creating a real, positive impact and shared sense of purpose within our Workforce for Good, which empowers our people to grow, innovate and contribute to a better future for our communities and customers.
