capabilities.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade Java and Spring-based applications.\nArchitect, application server patterns, APIs, n-tier designs, integration patterns, and operational support models.\nProvide hands-on development for complex components while guiding other engineers through requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nReview current systems and programs, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical modernization, performance, reliability, and systems, and applicable Java technologies.\nProven ability to design and deliver scalable, reliable, production-grade backend services and RESTful APIs.\nExperience creating technical specifications, architecture documentation, nonfunctional requirements, and implementation estimates.\nStrong understanding of data-intensive systems, messaging platforms, data storage and retrieval patterns, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.\nStrong Linux skills.\nFamiliarity with AWS or comparable cloud technology.\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, influence architecture, and guide engineers without relying solely on formal authority.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, product, QA, operations, architecture, and business teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Spark or similar distributed data-processing technologies.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration platforms.\nExperience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, test automation, and deployment standardization.\nExperience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar platforms.\nExperience with telecommunications, mobile messaging, fraud prevention, identity, STIR/SHAKEN, SIP, API security, or related communications technologies.\nExperience modernizing
