This role supports and improves continuous integration pipelines and developer tooling, and partners with Development, Release Management, and Site Reliability Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable CI/CD capabilities that improve developer productivity.\nDevelop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Harness\nEngineer solutions aligned with architectural designs\nDesign, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes-based environments and deployments using Helm\nEnsure CI/CD pipelines and artifacts meet security and compliance requirements\nManage and improve base image creation and patching processes\nOptimize artifact management using Artifactory and JFrog CLI\nLearn, adopt, and align with OneDev, TransUnion's internal platform, to support standardized CI/CD practices\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines, builds, and supporting systems\nSupport pipelines and builds across lower environments (DevLab), including QA and pre-production stages\nProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews within the team\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in automation, tooling, and processes\nWork within a SAFe Agile delivery model, participating in sprint planning, story refinement and estimation, daily stand-ups, and quarterly PI Planning\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, platform engineering, or a related field\nStrong hands-on experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines (Harness preferred; Jenkins or similar acceptable)\nExperience with containerized environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm\nExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu\nExperience with artifact management using JFrog Artifactory\nProficiency in scripting or programming (Python, Bash, Ansible)\nStrong experience with Git-based version control, including branching strategies and pull request workflows\nStrong critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail\nEffective communication and collaboration across teams, with the ability to own a technical solution through implementation\nTransUnion Overview:\nAt TransUnion, we encourage and are committed to creating a real, positive impact and shared sense of purpose within our Workforce for Good, which empowers our people to grow, innovate and contribute to a better future for our communities and customers.
