Job Applicant Privacy Notice\nTeam Overview\nThe Analytics Consulting team is expanding an end-to-end strategic advisory capability that combines industry expertise, structured problem-solving, and analytics to address complex client challenges.The team works with clients to frame business problems, develop evidence-based recommendations, and translate analysis into practical action plans that support informed decision-making.\nThis role reports to the Senior Manager, Analytics Consulting and collaborates with a global team of domain and analytics specialists.\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.\nRole Overview And Core Responsibilities\nLead defined strategic advisory engagements by framing ambiguous client challenges, developing hypotheses, and translating commercial, market, and analytical evidence into clear recommendations and practical action plans.\n\nFrame analytical questions and scope delivery approaches by identifying key tasks, dependencies, assumptions, risks, resource requirements, timelines, priorities, and expected business outcomes.\n\nManage the day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements or major workstreams, including client communication, stakeholder alignment, project governance, scope, risk, budget, and quality.\n\nReview analytical approaches, assumptions, outputs, and documentation for quality and consistency, escalating delivery risks, quality issues, or scope challenges as appropriate.\n\nPerform detailed analysis across credit risk, scorecard development, portfolio reviews, credit line management, segmentation, retrospective bureau data analysis, and ad hoc insight generation.\n\nFacilitate workshops and present analytical findings and executive-ready recommendations to technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.\n\nPartner with the Senior Engagement Manager on larger or more complex programs, senior stakeholder relationships, and commercial opportunities.\n\nCapture project learnings, methods, and reusable intellectual property to improve the consistency, efficiency, and quality of analytical project delivery.\n\nCoach and support analysts and consultants through project delivery, quality reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.\n\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nStrong experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, analytics consulting, credit risk or data-led advisory, including experience managing client projects or major workstreams.\n\nFinancial services experience is strongly preferred, ideally in credit risk function in banking, fintech, payments or consumer lending.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead analytical consulting projects, manage day-to-day client engagement, and maintain stakeholder alignment.\n\nStrong structured problem-solving capability, including the ability to frame ambiguous challenges and develop hypothesis-led approaches.\n\nExperience applying project planning, governance, scope, risk, budget, and quality-management disciplines to consulting delivery.\n\nClear and credible communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and producing executive-ready recommendations.\n\nRequired Technical
