The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that support key business objectives. This role reports to a technology leadership position responsible for fraud platform strategy and delivery.\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities\nDefine and execute the technology strategy for Decisioning Fraud and related platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise technology roadmaps.\nLead platform modernization initiatives that improve scalability, resiliency, performance, and operational efficiency.\nOversee end-to-end software delivery, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to prioritize strategic initiatives and technology investments.\nDrive continuous improvement programs that enhance delivery effectiveness, product quality, and operational risk management.\nEnsure platform availability, reliability, security, and compliance across development, testing, and production environments.\nLead the resolution of critical production incidents, coordinate root cause analysis activities, and implement long-term corrective actions.\nSupport client implementations and post-sales technology engagements by ensuring solution readiness and operational excellence.\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform performance, service availability, deployment quality, and operational effectiveness.\nFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across technology teams.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.\n15+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise technology, platform management, or technology delivery environments supporting large-scale business applications.\n10+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams, technology transformation initiatives, and enterprise software delivery organizations.\nStrong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, incident management, service management, and operational excellence frameworks.\nExperience managing complex, business-critical technology platforms within highly regulated environments, with a strong understanding of governance, risk management, security, and compliance requirements.\nRequired Technical Skills\nExpertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, and distributed technology environments.\nExperience managing cloud-based platforms and collaborating with Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Security, and Operations teams.\nAdvanced understanding of production support, application monitoring, incident management, service reliability, and platform operations.\nExperience working with enterprise technology platforms supporting fraud prevention, decisioning, risk management, authentication, or customer onboarding solutions.\nExperience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.\nKnowledge of financial services, credit, fraud prevention, or risk management industries.\nExperience working with modern cloud-native architectures and platform modernization initiatives.\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated success building high-performing technology teams and driving organizational change\n#LI-GL1 #LI-Hybrid\nTransUnion Overview:\nAt TransUnion, we encourage and are committed to creating a real, positive impact and shared sense of purpose within our Workforce for Good, which empowers our people to grow, innovate and contribute to a better future for our communities and customers.
