The team partners closely with stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Legal, and business functions to support informed purchasing decisions and the successful delivery of business objectives.This role reports to the Procurement Manager.\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.\nRole Overview And Core Responsibilities\nAs a Procurement Admin, you will support the delivery of procurement activities that help the business manage supplier relationships, mitigate risk, control costs, and achieve operational objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop procurement, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement experience while working with cross-functional teams across the organisation.\nSupport end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier engagement, and onboarding, helping ensure timely and effective supplier selection.\n\nAssist with procurement administration, documentation, and process coordination to support efficient procurement operations and compliance requirements.\n\nPartner with internal stakeholders to support procurement initiatives and contribute to the timely delivery of business and operational objectives.\n\nSupport supplier management activities, helping maintain effective supplier relationships and governance standards.\n\nContribute to procurement processes that support cost management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across supplier engagements.\n\nMaintain accurate procurement records and documentation to support audit, governance, and reporting requirements.\n\nAssist with contract and supplier-related activities to support business continuity and operational efficiency.\n\nCollaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to support successful procurement outcomes.\n\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nPrevious experience in procurement administration or support roles\n\nExposure to end-to-end sourcing/procurement lifecycle is desirable\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nProactive and results-driven attitude with a willingness to get things done\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nExperience using procurement or supplier management systems to support procurement operations.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\n\nAbility to create, maintain, and analyse procurement records, supplier information, and supporting documentation.\n\nWe're also looking for the preferred skills below.
