This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.\n\nThis is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities\nLead the design and delivery of complex machine learning, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions that address strategic business challenges and deliver measurable value.\nEstablish technical standards, reusable best practices, and solution-design approaches that improve the quality, scalability, and performance of data science initiatives.\nProvide technical direction across multiple projects, helping teams translate business requirements into scalable analytical and machine learning solutions.\nLead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, from problem definition and analytical design through production implementation and ongoing improvement.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to strengthen automation, analytical capabilities, and the responsible adoption of new solutions.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to align technical solutions with business priorities and support cross-functional program execution.\nServe as a trusted technical advisor by presenting analytical findings, business impact, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical audiences.\nMentor and coach team members, lead knowledge-sharing activities, and contribute technical expertise to hiring efforts.\nChampion innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement while influencing technical and strategic decisions across teams and business functions.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field, or equivalent knowledge and experience relevant to data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.\nFour to six years of experience in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, or a related discipline.\nExperience leading complex analytics or machine learning initiatives through design, development, implementation, and delivery.\nExperience providing technical guidance, mentoring colleagues, and supporting knowledge development across a team.\nExperience translating complex business challenges into analytical solutions and communicating recommendations to diverse stakeholders.\nRequired Technical Skills\n\nAdvanced knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling, including the ability to select and apply appropriate approaches to complex business problems.\nAdvanced proficiency with Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis, modeling, and solution development.\nExperience using BigQuery and modern machine learning tools or ecosystems.\nExperience working with cloud-based artificial intelligence and data platforms.\nExperience developing scalable, production-grade machine learning solutions with appropriate quality and performance standards.\nPreferred Skills\n We’re also looking for the preferred skills below.
