The team monitors, measures, and reports data quality throughout the data lifecycle, publishing trends and insights through data quality dashboards. It also provides data analysis, data-processing and rule-design solutions, data matching and linking analyses, and product consulting and engineering support for new and enhanced offerings. This role reports to the Manager II, Data Design and Analysis.\n\nThis is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities\nAnalyze complex datasets, interpret results using statistical techniques, and produce ongoing reports that provide clear and actionable insights.\nDevelop and implement databases, data-collection systems, analytical approaches, and other solutions that improve statistical efficiency and data quality.\nConduct detailed data-shift and score analyses for major data events that may affect consumers, customers, or business outcomes.\nInvestigate and research data anomalies identified through internal monitoring processes or direct customer inquiries, documenting findings and recommended actions.\nIdentify valuable data sources and analyze large volumes of information to uncover trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.\nTranslate analytical findings and statistical concepts into clear recommendations for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nSupport the definition, review, and creation of data attributes that address customer and product needs.\nPartner with internal teams to design data-processing rules and support data matching, linking, product consulting, and product-engineering initiatives.\nRecommend improvements to tools, processes, monitoring activities, and reporting solutions in an agile and collaborative environment.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field\n3-5 years of relevant experience working with large datasets, data management, data analysis, or data performance activities.\nAdvanced English proficiency\nStrong analytical ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate significant amounts of information accurately and with close attention to detail.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage changing priorities and deliver results in an agile, collaborative environment.\nProven written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical and statistical concepts and results to varied audiences.\nRequired Technical Skills\nProficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language), including developing queries to retrieve, analyze, validate, and investigate data.\nExperience creating analytical reports and presenting findings through data-visualization methods.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills for organizing, analyzing, validating, and communicating data.\nSome exposure to Tableau or Ab Initio- desirable.\nWe’re also looking for the preferred skills below.
