This role reports to the Prabu Krishnsamy\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.\n5+ years of software engineering experience, including developing enterprise-scale applications or platforms.\nExposure to AI/ML or Generative AI concepts, with willingness to build and deploy AI-powered solutions in production environments.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, APIs, and event-driven platforms.\nSoftware development proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, Go, or TypeScript.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices.\nGood communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within technical teams.\nWillingness to learn and work in regulated, security-conscious, and data-intensive environments.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nPreferred Qualifications.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.\nExperience working within credit reporting, financial services, fintech, identity, fraud, risk, or data analytics industries.\nExposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI architectures, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks.\nExperience contributing to AI platforms, developer tools, internal AI assistants, or AI governance solutions.\nWe're also looking for the preferred skills below.
