With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.\nThis role is responsible for assessing the design and performance of the key controls, and works with senior stakeholders to implement corrective actions. Primary focus will be to perform reviews on various processes and teams within Operations.\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.\nRole Overview And Core Responsibilities\nTo manage Identity Access Management, privileged access management platforms and its operations. Collaborate with global platform support teams to deliver day to day requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMinimum 6 years of experience in managing PAM and IDAM technologies\nRich experience in implementing and operating IDAM and PAM solutions\nExtensive knowledge on IDAM, PAM, RBAC, SSO and directory services\nGood knowledge on products like CyberArk, Sailpoint and Beyondtrust\nStrong understanding of identity lifecycle management, implementation of its processes and governance processes\nExperience in facing audits and compliance programs\nUnderstanding KPIs of IDAM and PAM processes\nManage and upkeep local systems of PAM and IDAM\nSupport with onboarding system and application accounts into TUCIBIL’s IAM\nAssist with performing End to End quarterly user access review like extracting accounts, Initial email to app owners, validating the files, uploading them on IAM, following up with the managers to complete the review and contacting app owners for revoked access removal\nAssist with creation of new role/group in IAM system\nSupport with reviewing service requests for privileged access\nSupport with Audit readiness & Support - delivery of reports, evidence from IAM\nAssist with review HR exit reported accounts, Temporary accounts, test accounts\nSupport with governance over potential misuse of accounts\nSupport with troubleshooting of accounts with issues and related to integration with IAM\nLiaise with IAM inhouse technical team for support required to integrate new apps or feature enhancement\nSupport for any planned DR Drill\nAssist integration of application for MFA & SSO platforms with help of global support teams\nAssist to verify whether IAM infrastructure has sufficient system’s capacity\nAssist to verify policy sync with between DC and DR systems\nImprovise defined SOPs on IAM & PAM solutions.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nMinimum of 6-7 years of experience in Logical access management or identity access management and operations.\nExposure on access management technologies like Sailpoint, IBM, Okta.\nExposure on Privileged management tools like BeyondTrust, CyberArk.\nExposure in BFSI domain\nTransUnion Overview:\nAt TransUnion, we encourage and are committed to creating a real, positive impact and shared sense of purpose within our Workforce for Good, which empowers our people to grow, innovate and contribute to a better future for our communities and customers.
