Success requires close collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Security, and Business stakeholders.\nThis role sits at the center of those efforts, helping translate business priorities into execution plans while ensuring successful delivery of customer-facing outcomes.\n\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.\nRole Overview And Core Responsibilities\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the strategic execution and adoption of the Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform.\nThis is not a traditional product management role. Success requires a unique combination of product management, program management, and project management disciplines. The ideal candidate can define priorities, drive execution, orchestrate complex initiatives, and hold teams accountable for commitments.\nYou will be responsible for leading cross-functional efforts that span multiple engineering teams, operational groups, customer-facing organizations, and external stakeholders. A significant portion of the role involves driving large-scale migration programs where success depends on coordinating dozens of parallel workstreams, removing blockers, managing competing priorities, and ensuring customers successfully adopt platform capabilities.\nThe right candidate is a strong influencer who is comfortable challenging assumptions, escalating issues when necessary, and creating accountability across organizations. They must be capable of bringing structure to ambiguity and relentlessly driving initiatives to successful completion.\nCore Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Platform Ownership\nOwn and evolve the MFT platform roadmap in partnership with business, engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders.\nBalance customer needs, technical investments, operational requirements, and compliance obligations when prioritizing work.\nDefine and communicate platform priorities, objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes.\nPartner with engineering to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nProgram Leadership\nLead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams, organizations, and external stakeholders.\nDrive large-scale customer migration and adoption programs from planning through completion.\nEstablish clear milestones, dependencies, accountabilities, and success criteria across initiatives.\nIdentify risks early and drive mitigation plans to maintain delivery commitments.\nProvide executive-level communication on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.\nProject Execution & Delivery\nManage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities without losing focus on strategic objectives.\nDrive execution through structured planning, tracking, and follow-through.\nCoordinate activities across engineering, operations, security, compliance, customer success, and business teams.\nEnsure delivery timelines, commitments, and dependencies are actively managed and visible.\nEscalate issues appropriately and proactively remove blockers impeding progress.\nStakeholder Management & Accountability\nInfluence teams and leaders without direct authority.\nHold stakeholders accountable for commitments and agreed-upon deliverables.\nFacilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.\nBuild trust and credibility through transparency, consistency, and results.\nLead discussions with senior leadership regarding strategic priorities, risks, and delivery status.\nCustomer Migration & Adoption Leadership\nOwn customer migration planning, execution tracking, and completion reporting.\nPartner with customer-facing teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.\nDevelop migration strategies, readiness plans, and execution frameworks.\nDrive completion of critical milestones while managing customer-specific risks and dependencies.\nEstablish metrics and reporting that measure actual adoption and business outcomes, not just activity.\nRequired Knowledge And Experiences\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Program Management, or related disciplines.\nProven experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.\nDemonstrated success managing complex migration, modernization, or platform transformation programs.\nExperience working closely with software engineering teams and technical architects in Agile environments.\nTrack record of delivering business outcomes through influence rather than direct authority.\nLeadership & Execution\nStrong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.\nExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nDemonstrated ability to create accountability and drive action across cross-functional teams.\nComfortable operating in ambiguous situations and bringing clarity to complex problems.\nStrong decision-making and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.\nWillingness to challenge the status quo and escalate issues when progress is at risk.\nTechnical & Business Knowledge\nUnderstanding of enterprise platforms, integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and data exchange ecosystems.\nExperience working with secure file transfer, integration platforms, transaction processing, or related technologies preferred.\nFamiliarity with operational excellence, compliance, security, and risk management concepts.\nExperience using Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin the first year, this individual will:\nSuccessfully lead complex customer migration initiatives from planning through adoption.\nCreate visibility, accountability, and predictability across the MFT portfolio.\nImprove migration completion rates and reduce delivery risk through structured program
