Across 35 offices nationwide, our team is united by a culture that cultivates agility, mutual trust and high performance.\nWe are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Graphic Designer to support marketing, leasing, and business development initiatives within a commercial real estate environment. This role is responsible for designing impactful visual content across print, digital, motion, and environmental platforms-ranging from brochures and pitch decks to social media graphics, signage, email campaigns, video content, and event materials.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong design aesthetic, excellent typographic and layout skills, and the ability to transform complex information into clear, compelling visuals. This role balances creative design with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, brokerage, leadership, and digital teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nPOSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nDesign & Production:\n Design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to:\nProperty brochures, offering memoranda, and pitch decks\nProperty brand identity (define fonts, colors, logos, patterns, illustrations)\nProperty websites\nProposals and presentation materials (both print and digital)\nEmail campaigns, social media assets, advertisement design and web graphics\nInfographics, maps, stacking plans, floor plans, and other original art\nEvent collateral, event signage, and promotional merchandise\nEnvironmental graphics, custom leasing signage, and large-format installations\nEnsure all materials are proofed, high-quality, and print- or digital-ready.\nEnsure all creative output adheres to brand standards, meets quality control expectations, and reflects best practices in visual storytelling.\nProject & Workflow Management:\nProactively manage and update tasks and projects in project management tool, ensuring all necessary details and updates are maintained until complete.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.\nMaintain and organize digital asset libraries, templates, and style guides.\nCollaboration & Communication:\nWork closely with marketing, brokerage, leasing, and research teams to develop and deliver design solutions that support property marketing, business development, and company initiatives.\nDevelop multiple design concepts from the creative brief, and present them to stakeholders.\nIncorporate feedback constructively to refine and improve visual content.\nSupport internal communications, leadership initiatives, and executive presentations with professional, visually aligned collateral.\nPerform or assume additional duties as assigned.\nIn-person position only.\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\nEducation:\nA bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communication Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).\nExperience:\nMinimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in commercial real estate, architecture, corporate marketing, or B2B industries.\nExperience designing for email, web, social media, and environmental applications (e.g., signage, large-format graphics).\nStrong portfolio demonstrates excellence in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across both print and digital mediums.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).\nWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS, Wix, or other web platforms (WordPress, Squarespace) preferred.\nProficiency with PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).\nBasic understanding of responsive design, asset optimization, and preparing files for both print and digital deployment.\nExperience with motion/video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.\nPersonal Skills:\nStrong conceptual thinker with a polished, modern design aesthetic and solid foundation in typography, layout, and color theory.\nSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of managing shifting priorities with minimal supervision.\nExceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.\nStrong customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and clients.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.\nEnthusiastic about storytelling, branding, and bringing property campaigns to life through compelling design.\nComfortable taking direction and feedback while contributing new ideas and design innovations.\nPay Range: $65,000 - $70,000\nWORK SHIFT:\nLOCATION:\nMinneapolis, MNABOUT US\nOur firm is built on a shared purpose: Empowering good people to do extraordinary things together.
