Our 2,200-strong team works across service lines, ready to activate our full platform to deliver a customized, cohesive experience for clients.\n POSITION SUMMARY:\nThe Tenant Experience Coordinator (TEC) will be the face of the tenant relations program. The overarching goal of this role is to activate the building by connecting the tenants, the management team, and ownership. With the responsibility of creating a robust progressive tenant program, one can ensure that no two days will be the same in this role!\nThe Tenant Experience Coordinator should be organized, enthusiastic, connected, able to design graphics/PR material, results oriented, customer service oriented, operationally astute, comfortable working in a team, creative, resourceful, and a self-starter.\nThis is a dynamic, on-site role that places you at the heart of the action. As a result, an essential function of this position is working on-site. Remote or hybrid options are not available. Being on property allows you to build strong relationships with clients and tenants, respond in real time, and make a visible impact every day.\nPOSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nServe as central point of contact for programming in the Reserve Lounge, the Parlor, FIT@500, assembly areas, public common areas and retail experience.\nCoordinate and present event ideas/calendars to office tower management staff; create budget for tenant events and other programming in amenities areas; management’s goal is to have weekly events ranging from an audience of 50-2500 people.\nLeverage your knowledge and passion for event planning and community building to create memorable experiences for our office tenants. You will be our ‘go to’ person for all things wellness, relaxation, fun and recreation.\nWork collaboratively with the Management team to ensure customer service excellence and deliver our brand promise. Work to achieve beyond exceed satisfaction ratings.\nResponsible for the execution of events within the budget.\nMaintain calendar of tenant birthdays, anniversaries, life events and execute gift programs.\nMaintain relationships with the community and various organizations to seize opportunities for appropriate programming; procure vendors, equipment and giveaways for events/programs such as caterers, live entertainment, fitness instructors, etc.\nAssist with seasonal programming and décor as required.\nMaintain accurate information on directories and other building publications.\nOrder supplies for amenities areas as approved by property management.\nMaintain Conference Center schedule, assist users with understanding of various options available and document feedback, monitor cleaning (i.e. carpets, etc.), AV equipment, furniture, etc.\nCommunicate room set-ups to building engineers/porters and ensure that they are completed per the client’s instructions; monitor meetings for no-shows and cancelations and communicate accordingly.\nCreate advertisements for tenant events and other programming for various media platforms (electronic directory, email, print, other signage).\nAttend relevant community meetings to stay current with market happenings.\nSend weekly update emails to tenants as well as monthly newsletters.\nMaintain Social Media Accounts for the Building.\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:\nPreferably a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Management and/or Hospitality Focus.\n0-3 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, marketing or related field is desirable.\nProfessional demeanor and appearance.\nExcellent people, customer service and communication skills.\nFlexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.\nTech Savvy.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Drive, Gmail, iOs technology.\nAbility to learn new tech programs quickly .\nSelf-motivated.\nAble to think quickly and efficiently when confronted with a client request, and anticipate the needs of others.\nSalary Range $50,000 to $70,000\nWORK SHIFT:\nLOCATION:\nChicago, ILABOUT US\nOur firm is built on a shared purpose: Empowering good people to do extraordinary things together.
