Team Members are eligible to accrue up to 80 hours (10 days) of PTO annually, with increased accrual opportunities based on years of service. \nOne paid personal day annually. 8 hours for full-time Team Members and 4 hours for part-time Team Members. \nSeven Company-Observed Holidays. Full-time non-exempt Team Members receive eight hours of holiday pay and part-time non-exempt Team Members receive four hours of holiday pay for eligible holidays. \nAdditional Compensation:\nQuarterly Safety Performance Bonus opportunity for Team Members who meet established safety program requirements \nResponsibilities:\nTransport business clients to and from scheduled routes safely and reliably. \nConduct daily vehicle safety checks on assigned vehicles and report any defects in a timely manner; complete all required operations documentation fully and accurately daily. \nCreate a welcoming environment and deliver seamless experience for corporate commuters. \nMust be professional and safety minded. \nPerform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment and fuel equipment as necessary. \nProvide excellent customer service in every interaction. \nMaintain vehicle cleanliness. \nOther duties as assigned. \nRequirements:\nMust be at least 21 years of age \nAcceptable Motor Vehicle Record \nMust pass pre-employment DOT drug test \nAble to communicate proficiently in English \nAble to work independently, yet be able to take direction \nAble to pass a criminal history background check \nCurrent/Active DOT Medical Card (Can be obtained during hiring process) \nTransWest Culture: Come join our close-knit team.
