America Staff Accountant team while performing complex accounting activities.\nPrimary focus:Ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.\nKey responsibilities:Reconciles accounts, reviews journal entries, prepares financial reports, manages sales/backlog reporting, payroll entries, intercompany reconciliations, sales tax filings, fixed assets, cost allocations, and audit support.\nLeadership responsibilities:Provides day-to-day guidance, coaching, team development, prioritization, and problem-solving support to the North America Staff Accountant team to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and management expectations are met.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field,\nPreferred CPA certification (completed or in progress)\n5-7 years of general ledger experience,\n2+ years of team leadership experience,\nExperience impleneting ERP systems,\nStrong Excel skills,\nDependable and able to work with minmal supervisor and accustomed to working under tight deadlines,\nProblem-solving ability, and\nEffective communication skills across all
