Hands-on role focused on building the affiliate network, creator scouting, community building, and day-to-day social media operations in an e-commerce environment.\nRequirements\nCore Responsibilities:\nAffiliate & Influencer Management (Core Focus)\nSourcing & Recruitment: Actively scout and recruit Affiliates, KOCs, and KOLs across TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and Instagram.\nOutreach & Negotiation: Manage cold outreach, seed product samples, and negotiate collaboration terms (commission rates, content deliverables).\nRelationship Management: Maintain an engaged pipeline of creators, ensuring they have assets and product knowledge needed to create high-performing content.\nTracking & Performance: Monitor affiliate links/promo codes and track content live dates to ensure creators post on schedule.\nContent Creation & Execution Support\nTrend Spotting: Monitor daily social media trends and pitch content ideas.\nBriefing Creators: Assist in creating clear content briefs for KOCs/KOLs to ensure accurate brand messaging.\nIn-House Content: Support filming, editing, scripting short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, XHS notes) and designing basic social media graphics.\nSocial Media Operations\nAccount Management: Assist in scheduling posts, writing captions, and optimizing hashtags.\nCommunity Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with tagged user-generated content (UGC).\nData Logging: Maintain internal tracking sheets (creator databases, content calendars, performance metrics).\nMarket Research & Content Insights\nTrend Analysis: Research content trends, formats, and competitor activities.\nPerformance Insights: Share insights on content performance and emerging platform trends.\nPlanning Support: Prepare summaries to support content planning.\nAdministrative & Coordination Support\nData Management: Maintain content trackers, asset folders, and campaign documentation.\nMarketplace Support: Assist with customer inquiries on marketplace platforms.\nProgress Reporting: Provide weekly updates on content progress and deliverables.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field.\nPlatform Fluency: Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (understanding algorithm and cultural nuances is a plus).\nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable reaching out to creators and handling customer interactions professionally.\nCreative & Tech Tools: Basic proficiency in digital spreadsheets; experience with mobile video editing apps (CapCut) and graphic design tools (Canva) is a strong plus.\nMindset: Highly organized, proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment;
