You enjoy staying on the move and being someone the team can count on.\nIf you're looking for a role where you can get your start in the restaurant industry and grow with a multi-state restaurant group, we'd love to meet you.\nWhat You'll Do\nWash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using the dish machine and three-compartment sink.\nMonitor dish machine temperatures and sanitizer levels and report any problems to a manager.\nReturn clean dishes and equipment to their proper storage areas so stations stay stocked during service.\nKeep the dish area clean, organized, and free of clutter throughout the shift.\nEmpty trash, recycling, and compost and keep disposal areas clean.\nSweep and mop floors, clean mats, and help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.\nHandle cleaning chemicals safely and use required PPE.\nAssist with basic food prep, restocking, and deliveries as directed.\nCommunicate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep service running smoothly.\nComplete opening and closing duties as assigned.\nUphold Trapper's Sushi's TRAPCHK core values: Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, Passion, Communication, Honesty, and Kindness.\nPerform other related duties and support business needs as assigned.\nWhat's In It for You\nCompensation: $17.50 per hour.\nMedical insurance: coverage begins the first of the month following two consecutive months of full-time employment.
