You'll own each engagement from the first technical conversation to an approved architecture : understanding the problem, designing the AWS solution, making the cost and security case, and handing a solid design to our delivery team.\n\nWhat you'll do : \n\n- Run technical discovery with CTOs and engineering teams, and turn business goals into AWS architectures\n\n- Design GenAI and agentic AI solutions on AWS : Amazon Bedrock (Agents, AgentCore, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails), RAG pipelines, SageMaker, and serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway)\n\n- Build cost estimates and optimization plans, including costs specific to LLMs such as token usage, model choice, and throughput\n\n- Design secure architectures from the start : IAM, KMS, VPC design, multi-account landing zones, and data protection and guardrails for AI workloads\n\n- Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework and run architecture reviews\n\n- Prepare technical documentation for AWS partner programs, including MAP and GenAI program submissions\n\n- Work with AWS account managers, partner managers and solutions architects on joint customer engagements\n\n- Write reference architectures, solution briefs and technical case studies\n\n- Stay current on AWS AI services and share what you learn with the team\n\nWhat we're looking for : \n\n- 3 - 5 years of hands-on AWS experience, including at least 2 years designing solutions (not only operations or support)\n\n- Has built at least one GenAI solution on AWS (Bedrock or SageMaker) and can explain the trade-offs : RAG vs. fine-tuning, model selection, cost vs. performance\n\n- Solid understanding of AWS security and cost optimization best practices\n\n- Able to explain technical designs clearly to both technical and business audiences\n\n- Strong communication skills; comfortable leading calls with US customers\n\n- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional preferred)\n\n- Willing to work in US-overlap hours (IST evenings)\n\nGood to have : \n\n- Experience at an AWS consulting partner, with exposure to ACE, MAP or Well-Architected reviews\n\n- Experience working with SMB customers\n\n- AWS Certified Generative AI, Machine Learning or Security Specialty\n\n- Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation)\n\n- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or SOC 2\nSkills\nAWS, Solution Design, Solution Architect, AWS Bedrock, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, LLM, Artificial Intelligence","description_format":"text","description_chars":2574,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Mobile App Development Services","Web Development Services","Custom Software Development"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-29T06:15:04Z"}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["seen:1","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/travash-software-solutions-aws-solutions-architect","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/travash-software-solutions-aws-solutions-architect.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T12:54:46Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4440,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":560,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
