Working in close partnership with the E-commerce Platform & Operations Lead and the DTC Leads, this role helps maintain site performance, executes web projects, and ensures smooth operational continuity across multiple geographies.\nSuccess in this role means a well-functioning digital storefront - one where site issues are caught early, projects move efficiently, and customers experience a seamless path to purchase.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSite Operations & Platform Management\nProvide internal support for multiple Shopify Plus instances across geographies and their associated teams\nAssist with website copy and design updates including landing page development and new on-site features\nSupport web projects across multiple internal departments and external vendors, keeping timelines and deliverables on track\nOrder Management & Issue Resolution\nMonitor orders daily and work closely with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to address fraud alerts, chargebacks, and delayed shipments\nFlag and escalate operational issues proactively to minimize customer impact and revenue leakage\nCross-Functional Support\nCollaborate with DTC Leads and the Sr. Manager, eCommerce Operations to optimize site performance\nServe as a reliable operational resource for internal stakeholders across the eCommerce function\nRequirements\nWhat It Takes\n1-2 years of experience operating an eCommerce website, ideally in a direct-to-consumer environment\nHigh proficiency in Shopify Plus store management\nHTML, CSS, and web design experience required\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel\nJavaScript and Liquid experience a plus\nKnowledge of SEM, SEO, and ERP systems a plus\nCapabilities\nStrong attention to detail and project planning and tracking skills\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally across teams and vendors\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment\nWhy this role matters\nTravelpro's DTC channel depends on a digital storefront that runs cleanly and efficiently every day.
