Wir suchen

Als Anbieter von Bildungsreisen mit Millionenumsatz bauen wir bei TravelWorks gerade unsere gesamte Technik von Grund auf neu. Wo heute noch zahlreiche, über 15 Jahre gewachsene Einzelsysteme nebeneinander laufen, entsteht eine moderne Plattform auf Basis von Cloudflare. Damit wollen wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden von der ersten Suche bis zur Rückkehr nahtlos begleiten, mit ehrlicher Beratung und dem Menschen im Mittelpunkt.

In dieser Rolle bist du die einzige Person im Engineering und trägst die Verantwortung für die gesamte Plattform. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing, Operations und Content zusammen, und täglich mit einem KI-Coding-Agenten. Ein eigenes Produktmanagement für die Plattform gibt es bei uns nicht: Was gebaut wird, entscheidest du mit. Anschließend setzt du es selbst um und prüfst, ob es im Livebetrieb funktioniert.
