This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact towards improving the environment while working with innovative technology. This role will be responsible for set up, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analysis of experimental work packages. You will collaborate with an exceptional team of scientists and engineers throughout the company. Success in this position requires a proactive and responsible mindset to ensure safe, continuous and stable operation of our process development pilot plant infrastructure and electrochemical test stations.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorking with chemicals and equipment in a safe and thoughtful manner\nSetup and perform experiments at lab and pilot scale under the supervision of senior colleagues, collect and submit samples, organize and analyze data, and report data to senior colleagues\nPerform standard electrochemical device operations under the guidance and supervision of senior personnel\nMaintain continuous device operation, including daily check-ins, system monitoring, and periodic performance analysis\nConduct standardized data analysis of electrolyzer performance with support from senior colleagues\nTroubleshoot issues during experiments to minimize downtime\nAssist with upgrades and maintenance of experimental systems and infrastructure, including piping, pump installation, and reactor setup and cleanout, etc.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Experience: Associate degree or higher in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
