The position is responsible for recommending credit union products as appropriate to members.\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nProvide service and information to membership in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner via telephone or correspondence\nPositive attitude will show through to caller. (Speak with a smile in your voice)\nResearch and solve routine member questions, problems and complaints concerning credit union accounts\nServe as team resource with or without supervisor present\nMaintain a thorough knowledge of various credit union policies, interest rates and basic loan policies and be able to discuss with member\nCross sell credit union products and services \nAssist members with PC access\nStrive to create long term financial relationships with members\nThe position may also share receptionist duties \nEnsure that all credit union business is kept in strict confidence\nPerform duties in compliance with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act\nResponsible for protecting the interests of the Credit Union at all times\nPerform other duties as assigned\nOur Commitment\nAt Trax Credit Union, we don’t just manage finances-we help people move forward.
