Your work combines technical analysis, platform configuration, low-code implementation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting, with custom coding where needed. You’ll work closely with engineers, architects, consultants, and customer teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions. \nYou’ll join an engineering delivery team of around 8-12 people, working across customer assignments in two-week sprints, often with a specific sprint focus. Our ‘you build it, you run it’ approach combines implementation, ongoing improvement, and troubleshooting after delivery, supported by senior engineers in your own and neighbouring teams doing similar work. \nWhat you’lldo as anIAM Software Engineer \nDesign and deliver IGA solutions that help customers govern access, using standard platform capabilities, low-code tools, and integration standards, with C#, SQL, and APIs where needed. \nTranslate customer needs into technical designs and engineering tasks, working with architects, security engineers, and customer stakeholders to meet security, compliance, scalability, and maintainability requirements. \nTroubleshoot complex IAM issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements that reduce recurrence and security risk. \nImprove automation and delivery practices, using PowerShell and CI/CD where appropriate to make implementation and ongoing changes more reliable. \nShare knowledge and support junior engineers through mentoring, design sessions, and reviews of configurations, integrations, and code. \nThe impact you’llhave \nYour engineering work will help leading organizations manage access confidently, protect sensitive data, and comply with evolving regulations. By building reliable IAM solutions and improving delivery practices, you’ll contribute to technical strategy and help the team deliver more effectively-strengthening client security and trust in the digital landscape. \nWhat we can offer you \nAutonomy in your work and support for your career development. \nPermanent, full-time contract (40 hours per week) \nFlexible, hybrid working: typically two days per week on location-one at a client site and one at our Waardenburg office. \nWork outside normal hours is rare (currently fewer than five occasions per year) and always discussed in advance. \nTypically, 5-15 learning days per year for your development, including certifications and events. Training and associated costs are agreed individually rather than through a fixed training budget. \n30 days of annual leave: 25 flexible days and 5 fixed company days. \nVariable team bonus and annual profit distribution \nMobility budget or company lease car \nPrivate pension scheme \nHome office setup budget and monthly remote work allowance \nRegular team and company social events \nWhat you’llbring to the team \nCore experience and skills \n3-6 years in software or platform engineering, including at least one year designing and implementing IGA solutions such as Omada Identity or Microsoft Entra ID Governance. \nExperience in solution design, configuration, API integration, testing, and deployment, using Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps). \nPractical C# and SQL experience to troubleshoot and extend IAM solutions where needed. \nStrong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of software security and the ability to turn security and compliance requirements into practical solutions. \nA relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., computer science or information security), or equivalent experience. \nHow you work \nStrong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a structured, proactive approach and the ability to drive work independently. \nPractical requirements \nEnglish at C1 and Dutch at B2 or higher, written and spoken. \nClient-site travel is within the Netherlands, with current major clients in the Randstad.
