This role involves ensuring the execution of Trax’s audit process, identifying and addressing exceptions, and meeting customer-level metric targets. This role will allocate tasks, conduct planning sessions, and engage with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitoring team performance and providing mentorship and coaching are also key aspects of the role.\nResponsibilities:\nLead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors managing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring the effective execution of Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions.\nPrioritize tasks for the team, communicate progress and achievements, and ensure timely completion of train schedule deliverables.\nConduct weekly planning sessions, utilizing KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent audit operations.\nConsistently achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements.\nCollaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring high-quality service delivery.\nAct as the primary escalation point for carriers and customers, providing prompt responses to their requests or feedback.\nImplement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity across operations.\nIdentify non-standard processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and enhance efficiency.\nDevelop and regularly update process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions in Trax SharePoint or other standard document repositories.\nPrepare for and participate in audit reviews and hold team meetings to evaluate past performance and plan for future improvements.\nMonitor and manage individual and team performance, conducting regular performance reviews and providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members.\nInspire and motivate team members, fostering a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.\nAll other responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor, based on business needs.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with relevant software and systems\nExperience in logistics, financial analysis, with exposure to ERP/MRP systems and customer management is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.\nProven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, being a proactive, dependable, and results-oriented team player.\nHigh level of professionalism and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.\nAbility to work in a shifting schedule to provide 24/5 coverage.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3526,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Artificial Intelligence","Logistics","Supply Chain"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T15:29:14Z"}],"liveness":{"score":13,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.363,"p_room":0.36,"age_days":70,"expected_fill_days":36,"reasons":["conf:30","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/traxtech-audit-supervisor","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/traxtech-audit-supervisor.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T19:32:42Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2119,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2881,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
