Asia, Europe, and the Americas.\nCollaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.\nPrioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timelycompletion of deliverables.\nAchieve customer metric targets and service level agreementsand utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintainconsistent performance.\nImplement and maintainstandard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.\nIdentifynon-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.\nLeads or participatein reconciliation meetings, audit reviewsand other team meetings to evaluate audit performance and plan improvements.\nFoster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.\nPerform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.\nTri- Lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required.\nHas experience with Supply chain/ Logistics.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills for engaging withclients, carriers, and stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel.\nDemonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously.\nComfortable with data analysis to find patterns and ability to explain data insights to carriers and customers.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.\nProven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\nHigh levelof professionalism and ability to work withall organizational levels.\nEnthusiastic to gain practical experience in the logisticsand supply chain industry.\nFlexibility to work in a shiftingschedule for 24/5
