POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient-Specific Design Engineer creates patient-specific surgical plans and devices from patient imaging and owns each case from intake through surgeon plan approval. The engineer works directly with surgeons to define each patient’s custom surgical plan, works with quality and operations to deliver surgical plans and guides on time, and helps improve and automate the patient specific workflow.
