vendors.\nTechnical Support\nProvide user support for hardware, software, and internet issues.\nEscalate high-impact issues when necessary.\nIT Onboarding & Offboarding\nExecute setup and removal of user accounts, devices, and access.\nFollow documented security procedures.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n2-3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure and support experience in an organization of similar complexity.\nStrong experience in:\nNetwork and server administration\nVirtualized server environments\nMicrosoft 365 administration\nFirewall and security support\nCoding and programming experience, including C#, with ability to troubleshoot production environments.\nExperience supporting legacy systems in live environments.\nStrong coordination experience working with external IT vendors.\nFluent in spoken and written English with clear communication skills.\nStrong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to respond quickly to operational issues.\nBenefits\nOpportunities for
