Role\n日本の大手SIerおよび大手広告代理店を主要パートナーとして、パートナー経由の売上成長を牽引していただきます。\nTreasure AIはCDPを中核に、Marketing Super Agent（AI）やPLAUD（リアル領域）へと提供価値を広げています。\nこのポジションではTreasure AI Voiceをメインの商材とし、パートナー各社の事業戦略や得意領域を理解し、共同提案・共同営業の仕組みを迅速に作り、推進することがミッションです。\n経営層との関係構築にとどまらず、パートナーの営業・コンサルティング・マーケティング部門と連携し、戦略策定から案件創出、提案、受注までを推進します。\nパートナーのビジネスとTreasure AIの成長をともに実現する、事業開発の中核を担っていただきます。\n\nResponsibilities\nパートナー戦略・事業計画の策定\n大手SIerや大手広告代理店の事業戦略、顧客基盤、得意領域を理解し、協業の重点領域やターゲット顧客を定めます。パートナー別の事業計画を策定し、売上・パイプライン目標と実行施策を明確にしま\n\n共同GTMの設計と実行\nパートナーとともに顧客課題や市場機会を特定し、共同の価値提案、ソリューション、販売計画をつくります。CDP、Marketing Super Agent、PLAUDなどを顧客課題に応じて組み合わせ、共同セミナーやキャンペーンを含むGTM施策を実行します。\n\nパートナー経由の案件創出・受注\nパートナーとのアカウントプランを作成し、リード創出から提案、商談の進行、受注までをリードします。社内の営業・プロダクト部門と連携し、案件ごとの役割分担や次のアクションを明確にして、パートナー経由のパイプラインと売上の拡大に責任を持ちます。\n\nパートナー組織での販売定着\nパートナーの営業・コンサルタント向けに、製品・ソリューションの勉強会や提案支援を行います。営業資料、提案シナリオ、ユースケースを整備し、パートナーが自ら顧客に提案し、継続的に案件を生み出せる状態をつくります。\n\n経営層との関係構築と協業の推進\nパートナー企業のCXOや事業責任者と中長期の協業方針を協議します。定期的なビジネスレビューを通じて成果と課題を共有し、優先順位や必要な支援を合意して、協業を次の成長につなげます。\n\nJob
