As a key technical liaison between our product, engineering, and business teams, you will design and deliver solutions that demonstrate the reliability, security, and utility of our technology across diverse use cases-including payments, remittances, DeFi, treasury automation, and enterprise blockchain integrations.\nThis is a hybrid role that blends technical expertise with customer-facing communication. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from initial discovery through implementation and long-term success.\nWhat You'll Do\nUnderstand client technical requirements and architect integrations using our APIs, SDKs, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure\n\nScope and design end-to-end solutions for stablecoin issuance, transfers, treasury operations, and blockchain connectivity\n\nCreate integration plans, technical diagrams, and deployment recommendations tailored to each client’s environment\n\nServe as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales, onboarding, and early adoption phases\n\nRun technical workshops, demos, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to showcase product capabilities\n\nCollaborate with enterprise customers, fintechs, exchanges, and ecosystem partners to ensure successful implementation\n\nProvide hands-on guidance during integration, working closely with developers, DevOps teams, and security stakeholders\n\nDiagnose and resolve API, blockchain, and infrastructure-level issues, escalating to engineering when needed\n\nAdvocate for best practices around operational security, key management, transaction monitoring, and compliance-friendly architecture\n\nGather customer insights to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization\n\nPartner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable and repeatable technical solutions\n\nContribute to technical documentation, integration guides, and internal playbooks\n\nWhat we're looking for\n3-7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles\n\nStrong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, distributed systems, and crypto payment flows\n\nExperience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, and backend integration patterns\n\nHands-on coding ability in at least one language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust)\n\nAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExcellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills\n\nNice to have, but not mandatory\nExperience with stablecoins, custody systems, digital wallets, or payment rails\n\nFamiliarity with blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Solana, or Layer-2 scaling networks\n\nKnowledge of compliance-relevant concepts such as KYC/AML workflows, transaction screening, or on-chain analytics\n\nPrior experience supporting enterprise or fintech integrations\n\nThings that enable a fulfilling, healthy, and happy experience at Rain:\nUnlimited time off Unlimited vacation can be daunting, so we require Rainmakers to take 10 days minimum for themselves.\nFlexible working We support a flexible workplace - work from home, come into an office, or both.
