About Us Internationally known, Sterling Vineyards is one of the most visited wineries in Napa Valley. Modeled after a Greek monastery, the winery sits 300 feet above the valley floor where visitors take an aerial tram to access the top-quality Bordeaux varietals and majestic 360-degree views of Napa Valley. About the Role The priority of the Concierge is to provide a warm and gracious welcome to each visitor of Sterling Vineyards, as well as to ensure that each guest understands the wine experience, and any other information that will enhance their visit. The Concierge will serve as a reservationist for the tasting room whether that be taking reservations over the phone or in person. The concierge will enter appropriate guest information into the reservation system. Must be available weekends. Key Responsibilities Set-up and host wine tastings and tours for guests Provide world class customer service to site visitors Assist in events, private dinners and various site activities Assist with restocking, inventory, wine packing and floor upkeep Register operations, retail sales and wine club promotions Follow site policies and procedures.
