The role partners with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury Business Solutions and Commercial functions to standardise reporting, improve data governance, establish trusted performance metrics and leverage modern technologies including Power BI and AI to enable faster, more informed business decisions.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions that drive consistency across regions and functions.\nSupport the development of standardised KPIs, definitions and reporting frameworks to ensure alignment to a single version of the truth.\n\nDevelop and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.\n\nPartner with central Data & Analytics teams to leverage enterprise data platforms, standards and best practices.\n\nLeverage modern technologies and automation tools to reduce administrative effort and increase value-added analysis.\n\nSupport the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, insight generation and business decision making.\n\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, streamline and improve existing reporting and analytical processes.\n\nChallenge legacy reporting approaches and recommend more effective solutions.\n\nEnsure finance reporting is accurate, timely and trusted by stakeholders.\n\nContribute to the simplification and standardisation of finance reporting processes globally.\n\nIncrease adoption of standardised reporting and reduce dependency on manual spreadsheet-based reporting.\n\nEnsure reporting assets support consistent decision making across the organisation.\n\nImprove reporting efficiency and scalability through automation and AI-enabled solutions.\n\nAbout you\n5+ years relevant experience in Data & Analytics or data-focussed role\n\nPowerBI (Advanced)\n\nSQL (Intermediate level)\n\nAI-enabled productivity and analytics tools, with an understanding of responsible AI practices, data governance and the secure handling of confidential business information\n\nCuriosity - A desire to understand data, ask insightful questions, and uncover hidden patterns and trends\n\nDemonstrated ability to ‘walk in the shoes of the users’, and to create simplicity from complexity so users can understand what is happening, and how to interpret reports\n\nUnderstanding of Finance and Budgeting & Forecasting processes is desirable\n\nUnderstanding of the responsible application of AI within Finance and Analytics, including the ability to use approved enterprise AI tools to enhance reporting, analysis and decision support while ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and appropriate use of financial information.\n\nFluent English skill\n\nWhy you’ll love it here:\nOur culture is built on bringing our whole selves, being courageous and delivering together - it’s our DNA and the heart of who we are at TWE.\n\nWe prioritise your growth with access to global career opportunities and structured programs designed to support your health, wellbeing and career development.\n\nEnjoy the world’s most desirable wines through our generous employee product allowance\n\n20 days annual leave, medical insurance, quarterly wine allowance\n\nPlus, you’ll get an extra day off each year with your “TWEforME Day” - a day to spend however you choose!\n\nWe offer a range of great benefits such as flexibility, rewards and discounts and health and wellbeing initiatives.
