This includes finished wine stock, dry goods, hired pallets and warehouse consumables.\nYou'll investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, manage stock holds and releases, coordinate stocktake activities and monitor inventory-related risks and cost exposures across the network.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity across multiple TWE and third-party warehousing locations. You'll partner closely with operations, planning, quality, finance and external logistics providers to ensure inventory accuracy, minimise risk and support efficient warehouse operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nIn this role you will:\nManage inventory holds and releases in line with quality, compliance and operational requirements.\nInvestigate and resolve stock discrepancies, inventory corrections and adjustment requests.\nConduct root cause analysis on recurring inventory issues and support corrective actions.\nCoordinate cycle counts and stocktakes, ensuring timely reconciliation of variances.\nMaintain inventory visibility and control across multiple TWE and 3PL locations.\nManage pallet control activities, reconciliations and trading partner interactions.\nSupport warehouse consumables management and supplier invoice processing.\nPartner with warehouse teams, transport providers and 3PL partners to resolve operational issues.\nMonitor inventory risks including ageing stock, blocked stock, write-offs and pallet hire exposure.\nMaintain compliance with health, safety, food quality and regulatory requirements.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:\nExperience in inventory control, warehousing or supply chain environments.\nStrong understanding of inventory processes, stock reconciliations and warehouse systems.\nExperience working with ERP and/or WMS platforms, with JDE, SAP or similar systems highly regarded.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with Power BI experience advantageous.\nA collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.\nWhy you’ll love it here:\nOur culture is built on bringing our whole selves, being courageous and delivering together - it’s our DNA and the heart of who we are at TWE.\n\nWe prioritise your growth with access to global career opportunities and structured programs designed to support your health, wellbeing and career development.\n\nEnjoy the world’s most desirable wines through our generous employee product allowance\n\nPlus, you’ll get an extra day off each year with your “TWEforME Day” - a day to spend however you choose!\n\nWe offer a range of great benefits such as flexibility, rewards and discounts and health and wellbeing initiatives.
