Lead a passionate and knowledgeable team to success whilst working with high-quality vines producing premium fruit.\nReporting to the Vineyard Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team and facilitating the development and implementation of site work programs.\nDrive employee development, education and morale to ensure high performance\n\nEngage employees in continuous improvement processes to drive business performance\n\nCoordinate labour to ensure quality and efficiency targets are achieved\n\nActively participate in vineyard operations\n\nSupervise safety and quality initiatives for contractors\n\nAbout you\nYou will ideally have experience in viticulture (or related field), as well as be hands on and/or have operational experience in the viticulture industry. The successful applicant will enjoy engaging with employees across their team and motivating them to succeed in their role and continue to improve.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nHave a positive attitude and can-do attitude\n\nAbility to direct others\n\nStrong focus on innovation and safety\n\nBasic Computer Literacy\n\nFirst Aid Certificate, Chemcert & Forklift License (favourable)\n\nBe willing and able to work on a rotating roster with night work to control frost during colder months and vintage\n\nTertiary qualification in viticulture is well regarded\n\nThe Supply Way\n\"Our Supply Brand Vision is to be the custodians of TWE's present and future, and the partner of choice for our divisions, customers and suppliers.
