Treble Technologies is an Iceland-based deep tech B2B SaaS scale-up that has built the sound simulation platform of the future: the platform to design the sound of every building, every car, every tech product, and every virtual experience. The platform stands at the intersection of four major ongoing or emerging technology revolutions: artificial intelligence, the metaverse, digital twins, and human-computer interfacing. The software solution offered by the platform is groundbreaking and enables the integration of audio in these technological innovations.

Treble is building the acoustic intelligence platform for the next frontier of AI and audio technology. We bring together physics, AI, and simulation to give teams the synthetic data and development tools to design devices, develop algorithms, and train and evaluate AI systems at scale. From wearables and voice AI to physical AI, world models, and multimodal foundation models, our ambition is to shape how intelligent systems hear, understand, and interact with the world. Our customers include some of the world's leading companies in AI and consumer electronics, putting our technology at the heart of ambitious developments in audio and intelligent devices.

Founded in 2020, Treble is growing rapidly. With strong funding, deep scientific roots, and an exceptional international team, we are expanding our presence in the US and building technology with global reach.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator to keep our day-to-day workplace and team operations running smoothly. This is an early-career role for someone resourceful, service-minded, and eager to learn. The scope is intentionally broad: on any given day, you might coordinate an office repair, stock the fridge, prepare an event, arrange travel, welcome a new colleague, or improve an everyday process.

About the role:

You will take responsibility for the practical details that keep Treble’s office and day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will manage tasks from start to finish, notice what needs attention before it becomes a problem, and work closely with colleagues, suppliers, building contacts, and external partners.

The role reports to the CFO and works closely with colleagues across the entire organization. It is well suited for someone early in their career - whether starting their career, changing director, or bringing transferable experience from another setting - who wants broad exposure to how a growing international company operates. We do not expect prior experience in a similar role, but we do expect you to be ready to take responsibility and contribute from day one.

Alongside the role’s day-to-day responsibilities, you will work closely with leadership and teams across Treble to support cross-functional projects and keep important work moving. This may include coordinating meetings, preparing materials, conducting research, organizing information, documenting decisions, and following up on action items. By taking ownership of practical and administrative details you’ll help colleagues focus on their highest-impact work. As you learn the business and demonstrate your strengths, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of increasingly impactful initiatives across different parts of the company.

Your tasks include:

  • Keep the office welcoming, organized, well stocked, and ready for employees and visitors
  • Coordinate office services and logistics, including cleaners, property management, maintenance, parking, access cards, deliveries, suppliers, and visitor arrangements
  • Support a positive employee experience for both office-based and remote colleagues, including onboarding, offboarding, office access, equipment, workspaces, practical coordination, and company activitiesPlan and coordinate company events, team gatherings, offsites, customer visits, and internal celebrations
  • Provide occasional travel and administrative support when needed, including bookings, scheduling, purchases, itineraries, and last-minute changes
  • Provide administrative and project support to the leadership team and colleagues across Treble, including meeting preparation, scheduling, research, documentation, and follow-up
  • Support cross-functional projects and recurring business operations by organizing information, maintaining trackers, coordinating requests, and helping improve workflows and internal systems
  • Take on other practical tasks and responsibilities as Treble grows.

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • A strong willingness to learn; relevant work, internship, hospitality, retail, event, or administrative experience is helpful but not required A practical, proactive, team-first mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Strong organization, ownership, and follow-through, with the ability to manage several priorities without losing track of details
  • A service-minded approach and genuine enjoyment of helping colleagues
  • Clear, friendly, and professional communication with employees, visitors, and external partners
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling internal information and sensitive situations
  • Reliability and adaptability, including staying calm when plans change or something unexpected comes up.

If you enjoy making things work, helping people, and taking ownership of whatever the day brings, we would love to hear from you. You do not need to match every qualification. We care most about your attitude, judgment, reliability, and appetite to grow with Treble.

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary appropriate to the role and your experience, including stock options and the opportunity to share in Treble's growth
  • A broad role with meaningful responsibility, close exposure to company leadership, and room to grow as Treble scales
  • The opportunity to shape workplace routines and operational processes rather than simply inherit them
  • A highly flexible, family-friendly work environment built on trust, ownership, and autonomy
  • An ambitious, collaborative international team with deep expertise in acoustics, simulation, and audio technology.
