The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services and APIs while ensuring application performance, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and applications using .NET Core and C#.\n\n- Design and develop robust RESTful APIs for web and enterprise applications.\n\n- Implement scalable and resilient backend solutions using appropriate architecture and design patterns.\n\n- Work with Entity Framework Core and relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.\n\n- Optimize database queries and application performance.\n\n- Apply asynchronous programming and caching techniques to improve application performance.\n\n- Follow SOLID, DRY, clean-code principles, and established design patterns.\n\n- Develop unit and integration tests and ensure code quality.\n\n- Troubleshoot application and production issues and identify root causes.\n\n- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, product, and other engineering teams.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.\n\n- Explore and implement GenAI-powered capabilities where applicable.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging .NET, cloud, and backend development technologies.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 6 to 8 years of backend development experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET Core.\n\n- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core.\n\n- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.\n\n- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture is preferred.\n\n- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and performance optimization.\n\n- Understanding of SOLID, DRY, and software design patterns.\n\n- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.\n\n- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes experience is an advantage.\n\n- Exposure to GenAI technologies is a plus.\n\nSkills\n.Net, .Net Core, C#, RESTful API, SQL Server,
