\nAnalyse large datasets using SQL to generate actionable business insights.\nDesign, execute, and evaluate marketing/customer campaigns.\nMeasure campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies.\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders.\nPerform customer segmentation, campaign targeting, and performance analysis.\nWork with cross-functional teams, including Business, Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering.\nIdentify trends, opportunities, and risks using analytical techniques.\nEnsure data quality, accuracy, and governance across reporting.\nSupport business decisions related to customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell initiatives.\nPresent analytical findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\n\nRequirements: \n5-8 years of experience as a data analyst or campaign analyst.\nHands-on experience working with banking datasets.\nExperience in campaign performance analysis and customer segmentation.\nStrong understanding of banking products such as loans, mortgages, and deposits.\nExperience working with large datasets and translating business problems into analytical solutions.\nMandatory Skills: SQL (Advanced), Campaign Management / Campaign Analytics, Banking Domain, Loans / Mortgages / Deposits, Data Analysis, and Stakeholder Management.\n\nTechnical Skills: \nStrong SQL (Advanced Queries, Joins, CTEs, Window Functions, Performance Optimisation).\nExperience in data analysis and reporting, campaign analytics / campaign management, and Excel (advanced).\nExperience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (preferred).\nDomain Expertise: Banking and Financial Services, Loans, Mortgages, and Deposits.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field.\nExperience with Python or R is an added advantage.\nKnowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing is preferred.\nExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.\n\nKey Competencies: \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management.\nBusiness acumen in
