You’ll track crew activity, review schedules and labor hours, follow up on equipment issues, and make sure driver paperwork is completed correctly.\nThe right person is organized, comfortable working with numbers and reports, communicates well, and follows through to get things done. Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, fleet operations, or dispatching is a plus.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport the Operations Manager with daily tasks and projects.\nTrack crew routes, job activity, schedules, and labor hours.\nReview reports and compare scheduled hours with actual hours worked.\nHelp coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and availability with mechanics and the scheduling team.\nKeep work orders, maintenance records, and other paperwork organized.\nCheck that drivers complete required vehicle inspection reports and other DOT paperwork.\nFollow up with crews and supervisors on missing paperwork or outstanding issues.\nCommunicate schedule changes, equipment problems, and other issues that could affect daily operations.\nMaintain accurate records and help solve problems that keep crews from getting their work done.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nGood basic math skills and the ability to track labor hours accurately.\nComfortable working with schedules, spreadsheets, reports, and computers.\nClear communication skills and the ability to work with field crews, mechanics, and office staff.\nDependable, proactive, and willing to follow up until tasks are complete.\nAble to manage changing priorities in a busy work environment.\nExperience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.\nExperience in dispatching, scheduling, fleet operations, construction, landscaping, or tree care is preferred.\nFamiliarity with DOT requirements or driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs) is a plus.\nWhy Join Iron Tree Service?\nFull-time employment with opportunities to grow.\nA chance to play an important role in daily operations.\nA team environment where your work helps crews stay organized, equipped, and on schedule.\n401(k) match\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nIf you’re organized, dependable, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we’d like to hear from you.\nIron Tree Service is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
