We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our family!Responsibilities: Responsibilities:\nMonitor results by shift/work area and communicate inventory and quality metrics to Inventory Control Manager;\nConduct analysis of inventory discrepancies and collaborate with operations to mitigate recurrence of issues;\nCoordinate with customer service representatives (CSRs) to understand shipping errors reported by customer and find root cause for same;\nMonitor systematic replenishment and direct completion of replenishment activities;\nLeading, coaching, mentoring, and developing teammates on job functions/procedures to achieve objectives and productivity goals;\nLeading operational initiatives to ensure inventory accuracy goals are met;\nPlanning, monitoring and managing actual performance against operational standards;\nAccount for in-stock merchandise conditions by audit, create exception reports and optimize inventory turns;\nCreate and maintain a robust cycle count program;\nPrepare and drive semi-annual physical inventory within operation;\nSupporting and leading special projects in support of larger corporate supply chain, planning, logistics, and inventory initiatives;\nManage slotting plan using sales, shipping, and replenishment data;\nRun reports in PKMS process SKU location transfers and validate cycle counts are performed daily as assigned by hourly employees;\nAnalyzes and reports inventory discrepancies and slotting issues.\nRequirements:\nAbility to count in all units of measure using whole numbers;\nMust understand process of distribution;\nMust understand customer bulling and credit process;\nRelated Experience: A minimum of three years in inventory control, warehousing, sales & product knowledge required;\nRequired to perform multiple tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions;\nBasic Computer skills;\nExcellent math skills, strong communication and organizational skills;\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: HACCP compliant training and strong understanding of inventory control
