This role helps ensure the company’s manufacturing network can support strategic growth, improve productivity, and meet supply chain objectives.\nThis role will guide cross-functional execution, establish program governance, and lead change management for complex operational initiatives. You’ll combine strategic program leadership with hands-on transformation expertise to help teams deliver initiatives effectively and realize their intended benefits.\nYour portfolio may include network optimization, product transfers, plant consolidations, capacity expansions, facility startups, and continuous improvement programs.\n\nYou’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:\n\nLead Operations Transformation\nLead high-impact operational transformation programs from concept through implementation and benefit realization.\nDevelop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.\nProvide clear, regular updates to executives and other stakeholders on progress, decisions, risks, and outcomes.\nEstablish program governance, escalation processes, risk-management practices, and decision-making frameworks.\nPartner with senior leaders to align initiatives with corporate strategy and operational priorities.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for execution and results.\nSupport change management so operational changes are implemented effectively and sustained.\n\nOptimize the Manufacturing Network\nLead manufacturing network initiatives, including: Product transfers and line relocations, capacity balancing and expansions, facility startups and commissioning, manufacturing footprint optimization\nEvaluate the operational, financial, customer, and supply chain impacts of proposed network changes.\nDevelop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation strategies to support informed decisions.\nHelp ensure transitions and other operational changes are planned and executed effectively.\n\nImportant Details:\nThis is a full-time role with travel ranging from 50-75%.\nThe ideal location for this role is based in our Oak Brook, IL headquarters or in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.\nThe anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $154,700.00 - 232,100.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs.
