Your role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and systems are functioning efficiently and safely.\nThis position involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:\nLead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure proper maintenance practices and timely repairs.\nAssign tasks and prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and criticality of equipment.\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to reduce equipment downtime and increase reliability.\nMonitor and schedule regular inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of machinery and equipment.\nCoordinate and prioritize emergency repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.\nEnsure that maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.\nConduct safety audits, inspections, and assist in implementing corrective actions to resolve safety issues.\nMaintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation on all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of problems.\nImportant Details:\nThis is a full-time, on-site role on Third Shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts.\nThe anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $76,200.00 - 114,200.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs.
