You will assist in managing the procurement and execution of material requirements by maintaining material availability for production while balancing working capital and warehousing constraints.\nYou’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:\nDevelop and maintain material planning assumptions with purchasing, planning, operations, logistics/warehousing and commercial teams, including safety stocks, lead times, order quantities, and lots sizing.\nExecute MRP for materials and issue purchase orders to ensure material availability for Operations\nReview and assist in resolving invoicing discrepancies in SAP via either MRBR or VIM\nMonitor supply plans to identify changes and to determine their effect on material requirements schedules.\nReport on back orders, short stock, excess items, and slow-moving inventory to the parties concerned, while developing solutions with suppliers and internal resources.\nAnalyze supplier performance and inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.\nWork cross-functionally with Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment and meet company objectives.\nImportant Details:\nThis is a full-time, hybrid role on first shift.\nThe anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $63,000.00 - $94,400.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs.
