Key duties include calibrating programmable controls of the machine,monitoringproduction output and quality, and reporting operational data to management.\nPrepare the Tub Machine for start-up andshutdownby verifying safety and operational readiness.\n\nEnsure all program and control settings are accurately set before running and after changeovers.\n\nActivate andmonitorthe Tub Machine process,making adjustmentsas needed tomaintaincorrect weight control and product flow in line with established quality standards.\n\nPerform hourlymetal-detectionverification checks.\n\nComplete required checks and related paperwork, ensuringaccuraterecording of data.\n\nChange film and date codes whenrequired; verify that “date-code” and “best before” information on tubs is correct.\n\nMaintain a clean workstation and safe work environment; take ownership of machine by cleaning,inspectingand lubricating as needed throughout the shift.\n\nWeigh tub waste at the end of shift.\n\nEnsure the line is properly powered off at the end of theshiftand all paperwork issubmittedto the supervisor or group lead.\n\nPerformadditionalduties as requested by the supervisor to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation of the job function.\n\nImportantDetails: This is a full-time permanent role on3rd shift, which operates from10:45pmto7:150 pmSunday through Thursday with some Saturdays.\nAbout You:\nYou’ll fit right in if you have:\nAbility to keep up with a fast-moving conveyor line.\n\nMental alertness to detect and respond to quality issues.\n\nAbility to understand and follow standard operating procedures.\n\nAbility to read andidentifywords and numbers (e.g., labels, controls, codes).\n\nStrong team-player mindset and ability to work collaboratively.\n\nAbility to promptly notify machine operators or the supervisor of production problems.\n\nYour TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!\nClick on the “Apply” button or go directly towww.treehousefoods.com/careers to let us know you’re ready to join our team!\nAt TreeHouse Foods, we embrace diversity and inclusion for innovation and growth.
