This role will serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging data, market insights, and user research to guide product decisions that improve engagement, retention, and business outcomes for schools, families, and yearbook communities.\nYou will partner closely with Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to shape the future of Treering Yearbooks, supporting one of Treering's most established and impactful products. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on-someone who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution while driving alignment across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.\nWhat You'll Do\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap\nOwn the product vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of the product, its history, current state, and future opportunities.\n\nEvaluate existing features, workflows, and technical constraints to identify opportunities for innovation, scalability, and growth.\n\nPrioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.\n\nIdentify and champion opportunities involving AI, personalization, collaboration, and other emerging capabilities that enhance the customer experience.\n\nData & Analytics\nDefine and monitor key product metrics, including activation, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.\n\nEstablish best practices for product measurement, experimentation, and decision-making.\n\nLeverage product analytics, customer behavior data, and user feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.\n\nBuild dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into product performance and business outcomes.\n\nDesign, execute, and evaluate experiments to inform product direction and investment decisions.\n\nCustomer & Market Insights\nConduct qualitative and quantitative research, including customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and market analysis.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of the needs, behaviors, and pain points of multiple user groups.\n\nTranslate research findings into actionable recommendations, product requirements, and strategic opportunities.\n\nServe as the internal advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership & Execution\nOperate comfortably at both the strategic and execution levels, setting direction, digging into data, triaging and resolving issues, and partnering across teams to keep product initiatives on track and deliver results.\n\nLead initiatives from discovery through launch, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive successful delivery.\n\nCreate clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.\n\nProactively identify risks, remove blockers, and facilitate decision-making across teams.\n\nCommunicate product strategy, roadmap updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience\n8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior-level product management role.\n\nProven experience owning multiple product areas or a product portfolio from strategy through execution and ongoing optimization.\n\nDemonstrated success delivering customer-facing products within technology, SaaS, consumer, or B2B2C environments.\n\nExperience supporting products that serve multiple user personas or stakeholder groups is strongly preferred.\n\nData & Analytical Skills\nStrong experience using product analytics and business intelligence tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, GA, Metabase, or similar platforms.\n\nComfortable analyzing data independently and translating insights into product recommendations.\n\nExperience developing metrics frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation strategies.\n\nAbility to balance quantitative analysis with qualitative customer insights.\n\nProduct Leadership\nStrong product judgment and customer empathy.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\n\nAbility to simplify complex problems and drive alignment across diverse teams.\n\nExperience working within Agile product development environments.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive results without direct authority.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in EdTech, consumer products, publishing, content platforms, or marketplace businesses.\n\nExperience with AI-powered features, personalization, or recommendation systems.\n\nMBA or equivalent advanced degree.\n\nSuccess in This Role\nWithin your first year:\nYou have developed a deep understanding of Treering Yearbooks, customer segments, and
