Come build the future of (field) work with us.\nThe Position:\nTreeswift is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts as we continue to grow. You'll work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and keep our recruiting processes organized and running smoothly.\nWe're looking for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, communicates well, and has experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment. You'll own the day-to-day coordination of our hiring process while helping identify opportunities to improve how we work.\nThis is a good fit for someone who enjoys the operational side of recruiting, cares about the candidate experience, and wants to have a hand in building processes as the company scales.\nYou will be a key member of the Recruiting team which sits as part of the People Operations organization.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn interview scheduling and coordination across multiple roles and hiring teams, including virtual and in-person interviews.\n\nServe as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.\n\nPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage competing priorities, anticipate scheduling needs, and keep searches moving forward.\n\nCoordinate interview logistics, ensuring candidates and interviewers are prepared and have the information they need.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and help build more efficient processes as we scale.\n\nBuild and maintain recruiting processes, documentation, templates, and resources.\n\nSupport day-to-day recruiting operations in Ashby (our ATS), including managing job postings, maintaining accurate candidate records, coordinating offers, and keeping hiring workflows up to date.\n\nHelp strengthen our candidate experience and employer brand through thoughtful, consistent communication.\n\nBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support a smooth hiring process.\n\nSupport sourcing efforts as needed, including candidate outreach and pipeline management.\n\nHelp the recruiting team stay organized and adapt as hiring priorities shift.\n\nProactively flag issues, suggest improvements, and take ownership of resolving them.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou have 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, sourcing, or people operations at an early-stage or high-growth company.\n\nYou're exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. You catch the small things, keep track of moving pieces, and take pride in getting things right.\n\nYou're a strong communicator. You know how to work with different stakeholders, keep people informed, and build good relationships across a team.\n\nYou're comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities change and processes aren't always fully built out.\n\nYou look for ways to make things better. You're not afraid to suggest a new approach or take ownership of improving an existing process.\n\nYou care about candidate experience and understand the importance of representing the company well throughout the hiring process.\n\nYou're proactive and reliable.
