Aufgaben

Als Kaufmann/-frau - für Büromanagement (m/w/d) bist du die Kommunikationszentrale unseres Betriebs. Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail und nimmst Kontakt zu unseren Herstellern und Dienstleistern auf. Neben dem Kundensupport bearbeitest du Retouren und Reklamationen. Zudem bekommst du Einblicke in die Bereiche Buchhaltung und Personalmanagement.

Qualifikation

Du bist gerne im Austausch mit anderen Menschen und verfügst über eine starke, selbstbewusste Telefonstimme, sowie allgemeine bis gute PC-Kenntnisse.
